MACHINERY

Pagliaro produces pasta by traditional method of bronze drawing, which allows a high quality product via low temperature drying process (not over 40 degrees) for 24 hours minimum. The quality of production is influenced by environmental factors, such as external humidity, so the product is constantly monitored. We use the following machinery:

• press and rolling mill for bronze drawing
• nesting machine to form nests
• dryer


We work in Umbria and Lazio, we work in all commercial activities, supermarkets, fruit and vegetables, restaurants (we have a package of 3 kg for catering), grocery stores, wine shops ...

FIRST MATERIALS

The durum wheat semolina used by our company to produce the pasta are made of grains produced between Umbria and Upper Lazio, they are ground in the Umbrian territory.


All the steps of our pasta production and sales are done to guarantee the best quality to the customer. Every choice is synonymous with genuineness and authenticity, knowledge of the territory and the quality characteristics of the raw materials. The eggs, for example, are produced by us (the animals are not fed with antibiotics or chemicals).

We are an artisanal pasta maker that uses artisanal and natural methods. The product is 100% MADE IN ITALY and is intended for companies, restaurants, supermarkets and other buyers.

Our production process allows us to expand the commercial distribution of the artisanal product over a wider territory.
We ship parcels of our pasta throughout Italy.
